With the latest auto tracker updates, you have a group view of the apps and websites you visit and the time spent on each. Also, you can search for specific keywords to consolidate entries from multiple apps.

Clockify's latest updates streamline time tracking, expense management, and team coordination. Users can quickly populate weekly timesheets with Multiple Templates, record Expenses for specific tasks, and easily manage Groups with a new search bar. The redesigned Attendance report now visually flags the underutilization of resources.

Your project managers can now approve submitted time on their projects. Previously, in Clockify, only team managers could approve timesheets for their teammates, approving the entire submitted timesheet. But now, if you switch the approval process to project managers, each project manager will need to approve the time logged on their project before the entire timesheet is fully approved.

Clockify includes time off management as part of its time management capabilities. When creating or editing a time off policy or a holiday, you can allocate those entries to a specific project, designated to keep track of employee absence. Time off requests approved under those policies or holidays automatically create time off entries, and the icon makes it easy to distinguish them from regular time entries. Those time off entries appear in Reports, where you can filter and export them.

Clockify allows you to improve the accuracy of your time logs with a split entry feature. Split entry allows you to split running or existing time or break entries into two, by choosing the precise point on which they should split. You can then edit those entries as usual to make changes that reflect what you were working on. Splitting an entry is possible on the Time Tracker page, or the Calendar page.

Favorite entry allows everyone tracking time in Clockify to quickly start the timer on their most frequent activities. Once enabled, everyone will have the option to mark some of the entries as favorites. Favorited entries will then appear as shortcuts below a time entry field on the Time Tracker page. To make room for other entries, favorites can be unfavorited since each person can have a maximum of five favorites.
