Transparency without micromanagement

Every CAKE.com paid subscription works on a per-user basis. You can get plans for individual apps by CAKE.com (Clockify, Pumble, Plaky), or you can get the CAKE.com Bundle, which gives you access to all 3 of these apps for just $12.99/user/month.

Keep in mind that each plan you get on any app is charged separately for the same users. So, getting the ENTERPRISE plans for Plaky and Pumble means you’ll be billed $6.99 plus $8.99 per user per month.

Log into any of our web apps — Clockify, Pumble, or Plaky (you can create a free account for any of them if you don't have one). Click the Upgrade button at the top of the page. Choose the Bundle option. Enter your payment information and pay.

Every new workspace that you create within the same Organization will automatically have the Bundle plan activated on any of our apps.

Yes! You can even have multiple plans on the same app, since every plan is connected to a workspace. For example, you can have a PRO plan workspace in Clockify and another ENTERPRISE plan workspace in the same app.

It’s important to note that if your organization subscribes to the CAKE.com Bundle, then each workspace in that organization is treated as part of the Bundle plan, regardless of the plan it was on previously.

You can cancel a subscription by switching to a FREE plan:

1. Log into your CAKE.com account.
2. Navigate to the Subscriptions page.
3. Click on the 3 dots next to the workspace you want to cancel your subscription for.
4. Select Manage subscription and downgrade to a FREE plan.

Your subscription plan will end after the expiry of the then-current subscription term. For example, if you have an annual subscription to the Clockify PRO plan, even if you switch to a FREE plan, you'll have access to PRO features until that year is up.
