The Box Deal and the Bundle Deal offer the same great products, but the Box Deal is a special offer only available during our Halloween campaign. Grab this spooky good deal before it vanishes like a ghost at midnight!

Each active and invited user on a paid plan requires a paid seat. If you deactivate a user, you free up their paid seat for another one. If you buy another seat mid-cycle, you’ll be charged a prorated price for that billing cycle. Note that users across products need to have the same email address to be counted as box seat users.

1. Log into any of our web apps — Clockify, Pumble, or Plaky (you can create a free account for any of them if you don't have one).
2. Click the Upgrade button at the top of the page.
3. Choose the Bundle option.
4. Enter your payment information and pay.

Every new workspace that you create within the same Organization will automatically have the Bundle plan activated on any of our apps.

Each Bundle seat gives users access to our products and is linked to a unique email address. If you have the CAKE.com Bundle, users need to use the same email address across all products to count as one Bundle seat.

So, if a user is using Clockify with one email address and Pumble with another — that counts as two separate Bundle seats.

When you deactivate a user on all three products, you free up their seat for another person to take it.

Only full regular seats are counted in the CAKE.com Bundle. Other seat variants are priced according to their respective product plans:

• Clockify: Limited seats are bought separately, with prices differing based on the paid plan you go for.
• Pumble: You can invite up to 5 single-channel guests free of charge for each paid seat in your Pumble Workspace. Note that multi-channel guests take up one full regular seat.
• Plaky: You can invite up to 5 viewers free of charge for each paid seat in your Plaky Workspace.

The CAKE.com Bundle includes the ENTERPRISE version of all three products, which is the highest tier for each of them.

So, you get access to all features — no need to mix and match.

However, you don't have to use all three products if you don't want to.

For example, if you want to get the ENTERPRISE versions of just two of our products, you can pay for the Bundle and then use the two to full extent, without having to use the third one at all. You can, of course, always change your mind and use all three later.

1. Your billing address (the email address you used to buy the CAKE.com Bundle)
2. The URL from which you access your Pumble and Plaky workspaces (which contains Pumble’s workspace ID and Plaky’s subdomain)
3. A list of all your users across all three products, along with their matching unique email addresses.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Once you cancel, you will be downgraded to the free version, but you won't lose any data (canceling only affects access to paid features).

We don't offer refunds. But, if you were mistakenly charged due to a system error, contact us, and we'll immediately issue you a refund. If you wish to test our products, we recommend creating a free account for each first.

We offer 20% off on our annual prices. Other than the annual payment and the CAKE.com Bundle deal, we don’t offer any other discounts. We keep all our prices affordable, so everyone gets the best possible deal — no negotiation necessary.

It depends on your company’s country of origin. All the prices are shown without taxes. If we are legally required to collect VAT in your country, that tax will be added on top of the final price, which you will see at the checkout before making a payment.
