1. Log into any of our web apps — Clockify, Pumble, or Plaky (you can create a free account on any of them if you don't have one)
2. Click Upgrade button at the top of the page
3. Choose the Bundle option
4. Enter payment information and pay

Every new workspace that you create within the same Organization will automatically have Bundle plan activated on any of our apps.

Each Bundle seat gives users access to our products and is linked to a unique email address. If you have the CAKE.com Bundle, users need to use the same email address across all products to count as one Bundle seat.

One Bundle seat allows you to invite one person (one unique email address) to use Clockify, Pumble, and Plaky. Whether they use one, two, or all three apps, it doesn't matter.

So, if a user is using Clockify with one email address and Pumble with another — that counts as two separate Bundle seats.

When you deactivate a user on all three products, you free up their seat for another person to take it.

The CAKE.com Bundle includes the ENTERPRISE version of all three products, which is the highest tier for each of them. So, you get access to all features — no need to mix and match.

However, you don't have to use all three products if you don't want to.

For example, if you want to get the ENTERPRISE versions of just two of our products, you can pay for the Bundle and then use the two to full extent, without having to use the third one at all. You can, of course, always change your mind and use all three later.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Subscription Management page in your CAKE.com organization. Once you cancel, you will continue using the paid features until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, you will be downgraded to the free version, but you won't lose any data (canceling only affects access to paid features). We don't offer refunds. But, if you were mistakenly charged due to a system error, contact us, and we'll immediately investigate the issue.
