New in Q1 for Pumble: Screen Zooming, File Bulk Actions & More

Now that the first quarter of 2026 is over, we want to share with you all the improvements and new features that we’ve successfully implemented so far this year.
Let’s see what’s new!
Screen zooming
Pumble users are now able to zoom in on screens during video calls, making it easier to read smaller fonts without straining their eyes.
While someone is sharing their screen, other participants can zoom in on a specific part of the screen at any point during screen sharing.
To zoom in during screen sharing, just click on the Command button and press either +/- to zoom in or out.
Alternatively, you can zoom in by hovering over the bottom right corner — a loop will show up with + and - options, allowing you to either zoom in or out.
File bulk actions and data filtering
Another novelty is that you can now select, delete, or share Pumble files in bulk. This option is available to all web and desktop users.
How do file bulk actions work?
When you go to Pumble’s File section in the top left part of the sidebar, you will see the Select All option.
From there, you can select all files and bulk share, delete, or download them.
Otherwise, you can choose specific files by hovering over each and checking the Select box in the top left corner.
Note: As a regular user, you can delete only your files in Pumble. Also, you can share up to 20 files at once.
How does data filtering work?
To locate just the right files as quickly as possible, you can now use our new data filtering system.
All you have to do is type in the file name or a keyword in the search bar. Then, select other criteria:
- Who sent the file,
- Channels where the file was sent in,
- Type of file you’re looking for, and
- Time range in which the file was sent.
→ Key benefits
Saves time
Users can find what they need much faster thanks to data filters. And once they have all the files they need, they can effortlessly share or delete them. Essentially, this leaves them with more time to focus on what truly matters in their work.
Improves organization
Finding the exact files you need has never been easier, thanks to all the filters we’ve implemented. Whichever file you need, just run it through a filter you think is the most suitable, and you’ll have it at your disposal within seconds.
Import multiple users via a CSV file — emails improvement
Pumble users can also now import users in both CSV and .TXT format, having only emails as the content.
You can choose from importing only email, email and username, or a combination of these 2 in a few simple steps.
How to import emails via a CSV file in Pumble
- Click on the three dots next to your workspace name.
- Hover over Workspace settings.
- Select General settings from the dropdown.
- Open the Import & export section.
- Click Import in the CSV section.
- Click on Select file.
- Choose the file you wish to upload and click on Start import.
- Head over to the Manage members section in the left sidebar once the upload is complete to view and manage new members.

→ Key benefits
Error-free user information
Uploading dozens or hundreds of emails would certainly elicit more than a few errors, simply because manual input is prone to small errors. But when you’re uploading a file with already written emails and usernames, the possibility of typos comes down to zero.
More efficient onboarding
You can easily onboard users if you’re switching from a different tool, like Slack, for example. All of the email addresses can be safely uploaded to Pumble within minutes. Also, you can add members to channels and groups using only their email addresses, which makes onboarding even faster.

Clockify Integration improvements
The Pumble + Clockify integration has also gotten a few improvements, which include various notifications and approvals.
Let’s dive into more details!
Reports & Projects notifications
Users can now receive Pumble notifications about their Clockify reports. These notifications include scheduled weekly, daily, and monthly reports, as well as weekly reports about the time that was tracked in the previous week.
Apart from these notifications, users can receive notifications about the projects. To illustrate, once your project reaches a set time or budget, you’ll get a notification about it.
How to set notifications for projects and reports
- Go to Clockify and navigate to Profile Settings → Preferences → Pumble notifications.
- In the Alerts section, tick the option —> When a project or task reaches a set percentage of its budget or estimated time for projects.
- In the Reports section, tick the —> Scheduled report and —> Clockify weekly report options.
→ Key benefit
Apart from being easy to set up, reports and project notifications can also boost your productivity. You’ll know immediately when your project reaches a certain point, or when your reports are ready. So, no need to keep checking Clockify — you can focus on more important things until you receive the notification you’ve been waiting for in your Pumble DM.

Summary of absentees
Team managers are now able to request a list of team members who are off either this week or the following week.
This makes all the difference in planning current and future tasks and projects. You won’t accidentally overburden some employees or task someone who’s on vacation or sick leave.
How to set up absentee summaries
- Go to Profile Settings → Preferences → Pumble notifications.
- In the Time off section, tick the options –> Summary of team members who are absent this week and/or Summary of team members who will be absent next week.
You’ll receive the summaries in the form of a Pumble DM.
→ Key benefit
Having a list of absentees makes planning a breeze. Managers can distribute work properly among the present team members. The idea is to avoid misassigned tasks or missed deadlines as you can easily redirect a task to an employee who’s actually at work.
Invoice reminders
Keeping track of overdue invoices has also never been easier. Now you’ll never miss spotting an overdue invoice as you’ll be able to get info about them straight into your Pumble DM.
How to set up invoice reminders
- Go to Profile Settings → Preferences → Pumble notifications.
- In the Reminders section, tick the option —> When an invoice becomes overdue.
→ Key benefit
It’s hard enough to keep track of everything that’s going on in your company, but overdue invoices are definitely something you should not miss. Knowing that you have overdue invoices enables you to react on time and send reminders to your clients.

Sync time-off status
Finally, your Clockify time-off status is now automatically reflected in Pumble. When your time-off status is approved in Clockify, your Pumble status will be synced accordingly. Additionally, your Pumble status will show exactly how long that status will remain active.
→ Key benefit
Receiving messages while on vacation or on sick leave not only disrupts your work-life balance, but also degrades workplace productivity. By syncing your time-off status across Clockify and Pumble, everyone will know you’re not available to respond to messages. This should prompt them to either schedule a message or contact you when you come back from your leave.
