Introducing Public Holidays Import: Reduce Manual Administrative Work

Clockify has introduced the Import public holidays option as part of its Time Off feature.

Now, you can import public holidays from any country you need to ensure your employees can properly use their public holidays.

Of course, you can edit or delete the holidays so that they match your company's time off policy. You can even import public holidays for up to 5 years in advance, and never bother with manually setting them up again.

This feature is available to all users on Standard and higher pricing plans.

Easy setup

New users don't have to spend hours setting up their country's public holidays, as importing is quick and easy. Just go to the Import public holidays section in the Time off section, select the desired country and the year, and you'll see the Import holidays button.

Error prevention

Setting up public holidays manually leads to unintentional errors and missed holidays. When you import a pre-made list of country-specific holidays, there's no room for typos, missing important holidays, or adding extra days off.

Additionally, when someone takes vacation days during a public holiday, the system will automatically count it as the public holiday and not as a personal day off.

Consistency

With pre-defined holidays, you can ensure your team takes the same days off if they share the same holidays.
