About Reminders in Plaky
The Reminders functionality is designed to trigger a notification when the specified date/timeline is approaching and the Status field is not marked as complete.
This feature is available to board owners and with PRO , ENTERPRISE , and CAKE.com Bundle plans, as it is a part of Automations.
When setting up reminders, users have several options to choose from regarding when the notification will arrive:
- When date arrives
- X number of days before the date arrives
- X number of days after the date arrives
- X number of weeks/months before the date arrives
Additionally, you can choose the exact time when the notification should be sent for even greater precision.
You can choose whether you want to send notifications via Plaky or Pumble.
