An active user is a current member of a CAKE.com organization and has access to the workspaces they are invited to in any of the CAKE.com apps (Clockify, Pumble, Plaky), including invited users who have not yet joined the workspace. Every active user occupies one paid seat in a subscription plan (or CAKE.com Bundle). See also: Deactivated user

CAKE.com Bundle is a comprehensive package that offers access to Enterprise subscription plans of all three essential productivity solutions: Clockify, Pumble, and Plaky.
CAKE.com Productivity Suite #
CAKE.com Productivity Suite is a cohesive set of productivity solutions designed to simplify and streamline your workflow. At its core, CAKE.com Suite comprises three distinct yet interconnected apps: Clockify, Pumble and Plaky.
CAKE.com user #
CAKE.com user is any person who owns CAKE.com Account, regardless of their role in CAKE.com organization (owner, admin, member).
D #
Deactivated user #
A deactivated user is a former or temporary member whose access to the organization or workspace has been revoked by an owner or admin. Deactivating a user from all associated workspaces frees up their paid subscription seat without deleting historical data (such as time entries or chat logs). A deactivated user can be reactivated any time. See also: Active user
Destination organization #
Destination organization is the target organization that receives a transferred workspace. Once the transfer is complete, all data will be stored in this environment. See also: Origin organization
O #
Organization #
CAKE.com organization connects your team with the CAKE.com products you use, resembling a real-world company structure. All workspaces (Clockify, Pumble, Plaky) created within it are a part of an organization, and you can create more as needed. Each organization has an Owner and all users can be managed at the organization level, so that there is a smooth coordination across different teams and tools.
Organization member #
Member is a type of user within CAKE.com organization. Members have permissions limited to modifying content within the workspace they are a part of and their own CAKE.com Account.
Organization Owner #
Owner is the highest level role within the CAKE.com organization, and each organization can have only one owner. Owner has the authority to manage the organization, including all the organization settings, users, workspaces and subscriptions.
Origin organization #
Origin organization is the source organization from which a workspace is being moved. It is the original environment before a transfer is initiated. See also: Destination organization
W #
Workspace #
Workspace is a dedicated digital environment where a team collaborates on tasks, projects, or communication. Within it, members can organize activities tied to their goals—whether it’s tracking time (Clockify), coordinating project tasks (Plaky), or facilitating team communication (Pumble). Each CAKE.com organization must have at least one workspace with one product.
Workspace Admin #
Workspace admin is a user role available in Pumble, Plaky and Clockify. They are assigned by the organization owner and can help manage the app. They can create a new workspace within the organization and edit existing ones (in which they have admin role), view and edit workspace data, and perform some user management actions within the workspace where they have admin role.
Workspace Owner #
Workspace owner is the highest level role in the individual product workspace and usually the same person as the Organization owner. However, permissions may also vary depending on the CAKE.com app where the workspace is located.
