Bundle Seats
A Bundle seat allows one user (with a unique email address) to access all the CAKE.com apps. The Bundle seat is tied to a single, unique email address. If a user is invited to all CAKE.com workspaces using the same email address, the user occupies only one seat in the Bundle plan tied to the Organization. If a user will use multiple emails for different products, they will count as multiple seats.

One bundle seat covers a user whether they use one, two, or all three apps.
For example, if you have 10 bundle seats, you can have 5 people use all apps, 2 people use only Plaky, 2 people use only Pumble, and 1 person use only Clockify – which totals to 10 unique email addresses. When you deactivate a user on all associated apps, you free up their seat which can be occupied by another user.
Add bundle seat
You must be subscribed to the CAKE.com Bundle to purchase bundle seats.
To add bundle seats:
- Navigate to the Subscriptions page
- Click the bundle plan subscription
- In the Current Plan section, click Add below Bundle seats
- In the Buy bundle seats dialog box, you can add seats in two ways:
- Click + until you reach the number of seats you wish to add
- Enter the number of seats to add in the field
- Select the I agree to CAKE.com Terms of Use check box after reading the CAKE.com Terms of Use
- Click Finish payment
The number of bundle seats is updated and the message “Seats updated successfully” displays.
Only full regular seats are counted in the bundle. Other seat variants are treated according to their respective product pricing:
- Clockify: Limited users are purchased separately according to Clockify’s Enterprise pricing.
- Pumble: You get 5 free Single-channel guest users for every paid seat (e.g. for 10 seats you can have up to 50 single-channel guest users). Multi-channel guests are counted as one full regular seat.
- Plaky: You get 5 free Viewer users for every paid seat in your subscription (e.g. for 10 seats you can have up to 50 viewer users).
Remove bundle seat
You can only remove unused bundle seats from your subscription. If you deactivate a member in all workspaces associated with the bundle seat, you free up a seat that can be removed.
There are no refunds if you remove seats from your subscription plan.
To remove a bundle seat:
- Navigate to the Subscriptions page
- Click the bundle plan subscription
- In the Current Plan section, click Remove below Bundle seats
- In the Remove unused bundle seats dialog box, you can remove seats in two ways:
- Click – until you reach the number of unused seats you wish to remove
- Enter the number of seats to remove in the field
- Click Remove seats
The number of bundle seats is updated and the message “Seats updated successfully” displays.
