Emails in Spam

If emails are already in Spam or Junk folder, you can do the following:

  • Check Spam folder or Junk folder to find our messages
  • When you find our emails, mark them as Not Spam or Not Junk; this way, the email service will be able to trust the CAKE.com address in the future
  • If you use a large enterprise email system, contact your IT department or system administrator to apply these whitelisting rules at the highest level for all users
