Iwo Szapar

Iwo is the founder of Remote-how Academy who is primarily focused on distributed workforces, remote productivity, and mindful Al integration.

Originating from Gdansk, Poland, Iwo is a proud remote-first activist who has embraced the ‘slowmad’ lifestyle.

As of recently, he has played a role in the AI integration, co-creating the AI Maturity Index with a group of Harvard researchers. 

He has also acted as the advisor on AI upskilling for startups for the Ministry of Communications and Technology of Saudi Arabia.
