Organization serves as a foundation for your collaboration in the CAKE.com ecosystem. It helps you structure and manage projects, tasks, and team communication in a systematic and efficient manner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organization can be managed by organization owner and admin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rename organization <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019d like to redefine your organization\u2019s identity or adapt to evolving project needs, you can rename your Organization following these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on Organization <\/strong>in the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Edit<\/strong> next to the Organization name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Type new Organization name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Save changes<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Manage organization members<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Members management within an organization is essential for owners and admins to maintain control over activities and ensure smooth operations across all workspaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Create new organization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You can create a new CAKE.com organization via the link provided in this Help Center.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Make sure you’re logged in to your CAKE.com account
      If you’re not logged in, you’ll be asked to sign in first. After logging in, you\u2019ll be automatically redirected to the organization setup page.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click this link: https:\/\/account.cake.com\/create-organization<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Enter your organization name and choose the product you want to use<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Submit the form to complete the setup<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Once done, you\u2019ll be taken directly to your new organization\u2019s homepage with a confirmation message: \u201cYou\u2019ve successfully created your new organization.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you change your mind at any point, you can exit the process and return to your account and the existing organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Delete organization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you no longer need your organization, you can delete it at any time. For detailed instructions on how to do this, check out this<\/a> article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Any changes you make to your organization will be visible across all the workspaces under the given organization and may have impact on all of the workspaces (e.g. deleting organization).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Manage subscription<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Organization owner can manage subscription and billing details. Managing subscription includes editing billing information, updating payment methods, upgrading or downgrading Workspaces\u2019 subscription plan, as well as accessing your billing history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To access the billing section:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Log into your CAKE.com Account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Navigate to the Subscriptions<\/strong> page from your account dashboard<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
