As an Organization owner you can manage workspaces that are a part of that organization and delete them when necessary. This helps maintain data organization while removing unnecessary clutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deleting a workspace is permanent and data cannot be restored.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
Each workspace can be deleted from the Workspaces<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\nDelete a workspace<\/h2>\n\n\n\nBefore deleting a workspace, the Organization owner must deactivate all active organization members within the workspace and remove any invited users. If these conditions aren’t met, the deletion process cannot be initiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\nTo delete workspace in your organization:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\nNavigate to Workspaces<\/strong> in the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\nClick on the three-dot icon on the workspace row to open the workspace menu<\/li>\n\n\n\nSelect the Delete workspace<\/strong> option<\/li>\n\n\n\nClick Delete <\/strong>in the confirmation dialog box to proceed with the workspace deletion<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\nAfter deleting the workspace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\nWorkspace and its data and users are permanently deleted and cannot be restored<\/li>\n\n\n\nOrganization owner and admin loses access to the workspace and is removed from all workspace lists<\/li>\n\n\n\nIf the workspace is part of an individual subscription, that subscription is immediately canceled and cannot be used<\/li>\n\n\n\nIf the workspace is part of a Bundle subscription (and not the last workspace in the organization), the subscription remains active and unaffected for the remaining workspaces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/rect><\/mask><\/path><\/g><\/svg>Tip<\/span><\/div>\nCheck out this article<\/a> to learn more about the ways to backup your Clockify, Pumble or Plaky workspace data.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\nDelete the last workspace<\/h2>\n\n\n\nIf the owner attempts to delete the last workspace in the organization, the entire organization will also be deleted.
