{"id":202,"date":"2024-12-25T13:54:02","date_gmt":"2024-12-25T13:54:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/?p=202"},"modified":"2026-06-24T13:13:28","modified_gmt":"2026-06-24T13:13:28","slug":"subscription-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/billing\/subscription-management\/","title":{"rendered":"Subscription Management"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Subscriptions<\/strong> page in your CAKE.com homepage displays the details of all your active subscriptions, whether you have individual product subscriptions (Clockify, Pumble, Plaky, Marketplace add-ons) or the CAKE.com Bundle, in one place.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On this page, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>See a full list of all your active subscriptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View details like subscription plan type, renewal dates, billing cycles, and payment amounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage or update any subscription, whether it\u2019s for a single product or the CAKE.com Bundle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only the organization owner can edit data during the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions are arranged from oldest to newest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table text-left\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Field<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Description<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Subscription<\/strong><\/td><td>Name of the current&nbsp; subscription plan and the product icon of the CAKE.com app<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Workspace<\/strong><\/td><td>Name of the workspace associated with the subscription<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Seats<\/strong><\/td><td>Number of seats available per organization or workspace and number of used seats<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Limited seats<\/strong><\/td><td>Number of limited seats available per organization or workspace<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Billing cycle<\/strong><\/td><td>Period of time when the subscription is billed (monthly or annually)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Renews on<\/strong><\/td><td>Date when the subscription plan renews<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Next Bill<\/strong><\/td><td>Amount due for the next billing cycle<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage subscriptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organization owners or workspace admins can update or cancel the individual product subscriptions and CAKE.com Bundle subscription from the CAKE.com homepage as well as add or remove seats in the workspace. If you have a CAKE.com Bundle subscription, the bundle replaces individual product subscriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To manage your subscriptions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-1104\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/subscription-tn-receipt-long.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Subscriptions<\/strong> page&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the subscription you want to update:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Individual subscriptions<\/strong>: Click the specific workspace subscription you want to update.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CAKE.com bundle<\/strong>: Click the CAKE.com Bundle subscription. From here, you can also click <strong>View price breakdown<\/strong> to see the billing details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll be redirected to the detailed <strong>Subscription<\/strong> page of the selected product where you can update your billing information, update your subscription, and access your invoices. This page contains the following tabs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Billing<\/strong>: Displays your billing information and details of the current plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Invoices<\/strong>: Displays your billing history and invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Plans<\/strong>: Displays the available plans for the product which you can select if you wish to change your current subscription plan. If you add seats in the middle of a billing cycle, you will only be charged the prorated amount depending on the remaining time in your current billing cycle. Click <strong>Downgrade<\/strong> on the <strong>Switch to<\/strong> dialog box<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The subscription plan will be downgraded once your current subscription ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancel subscription plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by the Organization owner or Workspace admin for workspaces they manage. When you cancel, no further charges will be billed to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What happens when you cancel:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will still have access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once your cycle ends, your workspace will be switched to the Free plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are subscribed to the CAKE.com Bundle, cancelling will downgrade all product workspaces to the Free plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will still have access to your data but anything processed while on the paid plan will no longer be accessible until you upgrade your subscription<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-custom-highlight-box custom-box
