As the <strong>Organization owner<\/strong>, you have the highest level of permission to manage the workspaces, users, and subscriptions for the entire suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Set up the organization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organization is the main space that contains all CAKE.com Suite workspaces. Here are things you can do when logged in the CAKE.com homepage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Define organization name<\/strong>: Open the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-1103\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/organization.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Organization<\/strong> page and change the organization name if you want it to be different from the workspace name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Create product workspaces<\/strong>: Open the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-1107\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/workspaces.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Workspaces<\/strong> page and create a workspace for each CAKE.com app that you need for your organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"557\" src=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-3-1024x557.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-3-1024x557.png 1024w, https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-3-300x163.png 300w, https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-3-768x417.png 768w, https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-3-1536x835.png 1536w, https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-3.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Configure the workspace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-1099\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/app-switcher-tn-apps.png\" alt=\"\"> switcher to launch Clockify, Plaky, or Pumble and access the workspace. Navigate to the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-1106\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/users-tn-group.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Members<\/strong> page and you will see the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-1100\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/create-ws-member.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Invite members<\/strong> button. On a Free plan, you can only have up to 5 members, including the Organization owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pumble<\/strong>: Open the three-dot icon next to the workspace name to access the <strong>Invite people<\/strong> page and <a href=\"https:\/\/pumble.com\/help\/getting-started\/onboarding-for-new-users\/onboarding-guide-for-workspace-creators-and-admins\/#invite-members-to-your-workspace\">invite a member<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Plaky<\/strong>: Open the three-dot icon next to the workspace name to access the <strong>Teams<\/strong> page and <a href=\"https:\/\/plaky.com\/help\/getting-started\/onboarding-for-new-users\/onboarding-guide-for-workspace-owners-and-admins\/#invite-members-to-your-workspace\">invite a member<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are on a paid plan, you will be prompted to purchase additional seats if you don\u2019t have enough seats available in your account. If you are choosing the right subscription plan for your organization, you can subscribe to the CAKE.com Bundle where one <a href=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/billing\/bundle-seats\/\">bundle seat<\/a> allows access to Enterprise features available in all CAKE.com apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Set up workspace administration and subscriptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Establish your organization&#8217;s structural hierarchy and subscription plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Purchase and review subscription<\/strong>: Check if your current plan fits your needs or if you need to upgrade. You can view your current plan in the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-1104\" style=\"width: 20px;\" operations and monitoring. <a href=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/administration\/roles-and-permissions\/\">App-specific roles<\/a> are also available depending on the product you are working with.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Single Sign-On (SSO)<\/strong>: If you are subscribed to Enterprise or CAKE.com Bundle plan, you can configure SSO to allow your team to log in using their company
