This means you may be charged for multiple subscriptions (e.g. one for each workspace you\u2019re a part of), even as the same user in each workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To access your billing information, navigate to the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-1104\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/subscription-tn-receipt-long.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Subscriptions<\/strong> page and select the workspace subscription you want to update. Use this page to update your CAKE.com Account\u2019s billing information which includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Payment information<\/strong>: Displays your payment details (e.g. credit card number) and contact information.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Invoice information<\/strong>: Displays invoice details including your company name and address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer information<\/strong>: Displays your Customer type and Country. The Customer type can only be changed from Individual to Company\/Organization and is not editable. If you move to another location, updating this section ensures the correct tax rates are applied to your future renewal invoices.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check billing history<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Invoices tab contains a list of your CAKE.com Account\u2019s billing history. It displays the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong> &#8211; date when the transaction occurred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Amount<\/strong> &#8211; amount billed for the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Description<\/strong> &#8211; transaction type that occurred (e.g. Plan upgrade)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Status<\/strong> &#8211; status of the transaction (e.g. Paid)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Download Invoice<\/strong> &#8211; an icon to download a copy of the invoice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">View invoices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">View and download your invoices from the Invoices tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To check your invoices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-1104\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/subscription-tn-receipt-long.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Subscriptions<\/strong> page&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the subscription that you want to update<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Invoices<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-1171\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/download.png\" alt=\"\"> (Download Invoice) of the billing statement you want to view<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The invoice will be downloaded in PDF format in your local device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Billing and seat discrepancies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your invoice is incorrect or if you notice a mismatch with the information, consider the following scenarios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>My invoice shows a higher number of user seats compared to my team members<\/strong><br>When you deactivate or remove a user from your workspace, their seat remains a part of your workspace until you manually reduce the number of seats. Once you reduce the number of seats, your next bill will automatically be adjusted in the next billing cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>My company address or Tax ID is incorrect on my latest invoice<\/strong><br>Make sure to keep your billing profile updated, especially if you moved location to ensure correct information on your renewal invoices. Changes to your billing profile do not apply retroactively.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>I have missing invoices from the time before the migration to CAKE.com account<\/strong><br>You can find your invoices when you login to CAKE.com, navigate to <strong>Subscriptions<\/strong> page, select the workspace subscription, and click the <strong>Invoices<\/strong> tab. If you can\u2019t find the invoice you\u2019re looking for, send an email to <a href=\"mailto:support@cake.com\">CAKE.com support<\/a> or <a href=\"mailto:billing@mail.cake.com\">billing@mail.cake.com<\/a> with details of your subscription.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
