Additionally, the chances of probable anxiety decrease by an astonishing 40% when the company is open about its strategies.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, lack of trust seems to go both ways, from employees toward employers and vice versa. Plus, new technologies and rising expectations have led 40% of leaders to consider leaving their leadership roles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dealing with stress and burnout in leaders is crucial, as 70% of employee engagement is tied to a manager\u2019s motivation. And this motivation is consistently declining, now standing at only 27% globally, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/349484\/state-of-the-global-workplace.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gallup\u2019s State of the Global Workplace 2025 report<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since employee engagement is directly tied to productivity, according to the same Gallup research, one of the most important leadership trends in 2026 will be to prevent burnout, both in leaders and employees.
