Applications are open until the end of March, or until all the seats are taken.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campaign, <em>Your Space to Grow, <\/em>is CAKE.com\u2019s token within this year\u2019s IWD Initiative Give to Gain. The goal is to help women-led teams grow by providing them with a year-long access to 3 productivity tools:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clockify \u2014&nbsp; a time tracking tool,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pumble \u2014 a team communication tool, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plaky \u2014 a project management tool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Selected teams will receive free onboarding training, and CAKE.com will also provide them with 24\/7 customer support.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As CAKE.com\u2019s VP of Human Capital, Biljana Rakic, says, women\u2019s ability to intertwine empathy and intuition with iron discipline is a proven way to foster growth:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cWe strongly believe that women-led teams bring the necessary studiousness and eye for detail to the entire business ecosystem, thus elevating standards of operational excellence on the market.
